“ The food was great! Went there for the happy hour and was super pleased with the quality of food at happy hour prices. If I lived in Penticton, this would be somewhere I would happily return. The calamari salad was amazing. Read the ingredients before you picture what it would be though, as 'calamari' for me anyway, makes me picture breaded and fried squid, and it definitely wasn't that. The amount of Humboldt squid was impressive! ”

“ Our group of 7 experienced Orolo by celebrated my sister’s birthday there. Very nice look and feel with excellent service and attention to detail. Our meals were stunning visually and tasted amazing. After starting with Cesar Salads and elegant Charcuterie Boards, I was in heaven eating, Squid, Octopus, Clams & Mussels, finished with a perfect Beef Tenderloin (all with tasty sides shared)! The Bubbles freshened our palettes between dishes and the Shiraz matched the Tenderloin well. This was the best meal I’ve had in years! I’m looking forward to a return visit soon. ”

I've never tasted anything like this, ever. Every bite was extremely satisfying. The potatoes were incredible. I don't say this about any places, ever... eating here changed my appreciation for food. “ We came across this location on google . The restaurant was round the corner from a wedding we had attended in the morning . We went for lunch and were not prepared for quite how beautiful the interior of the restaurant was . With a unique modern design the aesthetic is stunning . A restaurant with a winery inside having a walk around is highly recommended . We sat outside on the patio which opened up to a quiet street and great people watching spot . Neither my partner or I drink so the menu had some great mocktails . I had the cranberry mint mojito which is absolutely delicious and my partner had the virgin ceaser . Our server Brooke was excellent. We had hopes of getting oysters but they weren’t serving them at lunch time . The server Brooke said she would ask the kitchen staff as one was a night chef . She came back quickly with a yes that we could . My partner and I ordered the oysters, steak tartar and the garlic pawns . It was perfect light lunch . Came out beautifully presented and tasted exceptionall. Service was quick , efficient and beautifully executed. We will certainly return next time we are In Penticton and can’t recommend it enough highly for a fine dining experience. ”
